South America is home to its fair share of ‘white cities’. Popayan is Colombia’s. We meandered, strolled, wandered, promenaded and… (well, not quite sashayed but the image should be clear enough by now) its cobbled streets, admiring the beautiful colonial architecture and magnificent buildings.
